I'm a Kiwi, honorary Aussie and Argy. My career journey has taken many enriching turns, from working as a Clinical Psychologist to writing a book about a transformative journey, and retraining as a Health Coach.
In this, I have found my calling — empowering people to develop healthy habits that transform their well-being and bring vitality back into their lives. I deeply believe in creating caring connections, communicating authentically, and guiding compassionately. As an avid researcher, I use proven, science-backed tools combined with a goal-oriented, mindfully present, and future-focused approach.
Having weaved my way through the ups and downs of the menopause transition, I love to help others find their path to embracing the gifts and overcoming the pains of this phase. As a two-time frozen shoulder warrior, I have unique experience and knowledge about this complex condition and its impact on life.
